  • FT Workforce is currently recruiting experienced excavator operators for multiple projects across Perth and the surrounding areas of Western Australia.

  • We have immediate opportunities available for skilled operators with experience working on civil construction, earthworks, drainage, subdivisions, roadworks, utilities, mining and commercial construction projects. If you are confident operating excavators safely and efficiently, we want to hear from you.

  • Applicants should have a valid Australian excavator ticket, White Card, relevant operating experience and a strong commitment to workplace safety. Additional machinery tickets, licences and experience operating different-sized excavators will be highly regarded.

  • We are looking for reliable operators who can work effectively as part of a team, follow site instructions and maintain a high standard of workmanship. Excellent hourly rates, ongoing assignments and opportunities to work with established contractors may be available to suitable candidates.
